in reply to LordMortis • • •@lordmortis Well, theoretically it might not. The consultation group they describe seems to actually be a good way to manage the decision-making, assuming the expert advice is actually evidence-based.
Maybe they'll surprise us all and come out with rapid bus lanes or something.

In theory, this kind of representative consultation is actually excellent practice and a huge shift from MRD...but I know a lot of people will be more willing to believe it when they see the outcomes...
